I have been active in the executive search profession for more than 20 years. In this profession, my curiosity about people and organizational issues come together. In 2007 I deliberately chose Vanderkruijs because of its positioning in the broad social field. Listening to what is really needed, understanding organizations and their strategic tasks and looking for the most suitable administrators and supervisors for that is a great job. My own 'ambition for excellence' is to contribute in this way to sustainable leadership and thus to our clients' approach to social issues.

I am mainly active at final responsible and supervisory level in the domains of care, (art) education, culture, public administration and security. I find issues related to governance and the design of the top structure interesting and I assist organizations on request.
